Forgot password
Click here to go to the UniVirtual dashboard page and use the "Forgot password" form to reset your password. You will need to know and have access to the email address with which you created your account. If you no longer have access to the email address that the account was created with, please contact us at help@univirtual.com.
FSU Students: If you forgot your Second Life password, you will need to use the password retrieval page on the Second Life website. Please note that your Second Life username is displayed on the bottom of your Dashboard page.
Accessing the virtual environment
It is important to remember that this website is not the virtual environment itself. To access the environment, make sure you have downloaded and installed the required software on your system. If you have not installed the software, click here to download it.
